DialyTran is a volunteer organization dedicated to providing a Wellness Program to McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) patients living with end-stage kidney disease.

Help improve the lives of MUHC patients living with end-stage kidney disease.
Patients go through major lifestyle changes due to their lifelong treatment by hemodialysis, affecting their quality of life. The Wellness Program and related patient support services are an important part of the treatment plan for patients. Support Our Wellness Program.

The DialyTran Wellness Program
The Wellness Program currently serves 260 patients and 100 caregivers across three MUHC sites, and includes:
Digital literacy
Community reintegration
Exercycle (Bike) exercise
Bingo
