Beat out Breast Cancer with The Beat 92.5
Launched
2024 September
The Beat Breakfast Club and the MUHC Foundation are at the forefront of the fight against breast cancer
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and this year, the MUHC Foundation and The Beat 92.5 are at the forefront of the fight. For nearly two decades, Pink in the City’s Raise Craze has united the community, showing that a simple act—shaving one’s head in solidarity with survivors—can make a meaningful impact. The beloved co-hosts of The Beat Breakfast Club have enthusiastically agreed to shave their heads or dye their hair pink for the MUHC Foundation’s annual Raise Craze—all to raise funds for breast cancer research and care!
A united front against breast cancer.
Let’s make this month not only about awareness but also about empowering women to thrive, not just survive. Throw your support behind Lee and Mark, Claudia and Kim from The Beat 92.5 who are shaving or dyeing their hair for the MUHC Foundation’s Raise Craze. Your donations will support compassionate and whole-person care as well as trailblazing research led by the MUHC’s breast cancer experts.
How one powerful act can spark meaningful change.
When we come together, we can accomplish so much more. That’s why the co-hosts of Montreal’s top-rated morning show are teaming up with the MUHC Foundation to show us the power of community.
Here’s how Lee, Kim, Mark, and Claudia are making a difference:
On the morning of October 30th, The Beat 92.5 will be broadcasting LIVE from the MUHC’s Glen site for the MUHC Foundation’s annual Raise Craze.
The MUHC’s breast cancer experts are working around the clock to discover new, targeted treatments that will extend and ultimately save lives.
Your donation will support the Breast Clinic Wellness Program, led by Dr. Sarkis Meterissian, which offers a whole-person approach to care, addressing every aspect of a patient’s journey.
