A Hospital Hero nomination turns a meaningful moment of care into a lasting thank you. It is a simple way to honour the MUHC physician, nurse, staff member or volunteer who made a difference to you or your loved one.

Your Hospital Hero is recognized
For donations of $50 or more, your Hospital Hero will receive a special pin as a lasting reminder of your gratitude and the difference they made.
