The Future of Women's Health
Begins at the MUHC.
For too long, women’s health has been under funded and under researched. Alarmingly, women are diagnosed later than men for over 700 diseases and are up to seven times more likely to be misdiagnosed during a heart attack.
The consequences are real and it’s time to change the equation. Our flagship Forward Fund for Women’s Health is laser-focused on accelerating progress through targeted grants for women-centered research, ground-breaking innovation and equitable access to care.
It’s not an add-on. It’s a new benchmark.
